Darcy Healthcare will have an agreement in place with your referrer about how your results are communicated to them. In most cases, your scan images and results will be sent directly to your referrer, who will then share those results with you, at a later appointment.

In some cases, it may be possible for patients to access their images through an online system. This enables you to look at your medical images in the comfort of your own home. If this is suitable for you we'll explain how it works when you come for your appointment.

To protect your privacy, your images and information can only be accessed through a secure log-in. The system also makes it easy to securely share your images with your medical professional and whomever you choose. Your written clinical report will be sent directly to your referring medical professional usually within a working week of your scan. You can authorise the selected individuals to log in and access your images and you can revoke this access at any time.

This innovative service makes your healthcare pathway run more quickly and smoothly. It will also provide you with secure remote access to your images wherever you are.
